★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called for a room on Friday and informed the hotel that I will bring my family. Arrived on Saturday at 6.45pm, the hotel was fully booked luckily I managed to get one room earlier. I brought 3 kids (age 11, 9 & 7) and wife on the same day. During check out on Sunday I was informed that the room can accommodate for 2 pax only.
They supposed to ring me the bell upon my check in and not during the check out. They told me that I was not supposed to bring my additional mattress which I did plus additional people in the room.Again, they should stop me or warn me during my check in and not during check out.
Later we have been informed that the owner of hotel mad at his staffs in front of other customers for allowing us in with the mattress.
1. There is no family room
2. No connecting room
3. No big room yet they still allow us in with the kids.
4. You want the money. You want the business yet the customers at fault..
5. Very rude staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily located and within walking distance to several food outlets.
The rooms are super clean, neat and comfortable, good enough for a good rest. Fully booked even on weekdays. Helpful front office staff who made effort to show the rooms with and without window. The room without window was acceptable but my husband wanted to see the view and for this we do not mind paying additional rm10 per night. Supermarkets are near too.
A recommended place to have a good rest while travelling from Taiping back to Kl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable bedding. It’s my 2nd stay but I couldn’t rest and sleep coz very noisy, ohh godd!!. The hotel doesn’t provide plates, cutlery to have a meal. zero facility. N this gonna be my last stay!
