★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. Paid 68 MYR for air-con room with TV (HBO no less)
Having a cycle was no problem, the 3 kids in reception carried luggage and bike up to 3rd floor, bless them. Friendly, free coffee, water and just a nice pleasent place. Hope it does well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far this is the best budget hotel located in town. It's very convenient & clean room. Everything works fine. The staff were very helpful & friendly. They also provide complimentary maggi cup in room for those in need. Some budget hotels don't even provide beverage. Price were reasonable & I'm definitely will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into this hotel randomly as it was convenient and has the last room available on our street. Left a very happy customer. Service seriously deserves 5 star.
Lots of little things they did to make my stay extra comfortable, such as:
- they got me a table so I can work in my room, as the room didn't have a table
- put a parking ticket on my car so I don't kena saman (though I heard this is a standard practice for some hotels in this area, but I still really appreciate it)
- gave me a discount on my room because I was looking for a single/twin room but they only had a family room left
Would recommend for work or for budget travellers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great. The room was small but comfortable enough. The water pressure in the bathroom was OK. The water heater works wonderfully. And most important factor is the workers were honest.
I accidentally forgot to take my charger back with me. About 2 hours after checking out on my way home someone from the hotel called me and told me I ve left my charger behind. Today I am sending a friend to fetch the charger on my behalf.
I will definitely visit the hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Beyond belief of the room's presentation and comfort for a room below 70 bucks. Luxurious. Nice and well maintained for a business that has been operating for 9 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went checked in at 11PM, and found the room condition was not tidied up. Rubbish bin was not clean up, messed up bed & toilet. In the end, we need to wait another 15 minit while the room is being serviced. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Initially chose this hotel due to good review. Hope to improve next time
