★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Likes: Comfy bed, comfy pillow (very comfy, I liked it!), clean room, clean toilet, clean duvet, clean towel, strong water pressure, functional aircond and water heater, and nice staff.
Dislikes: Aircond in Room 211 needs to be repaired. It produces strange and loud noise periodically.
Verdict: EXCEPTIONAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, hotel was very clean; mattress was good; a coway hot/cold/cool water dispenser at every level; plus ironing board. Location was central, parking was free. Same road had decent enough kopitiams for breakfast, lunch and dinner could be at Lido, thai massage parlour nearby was clean and good. Only thing to note is that there's NO lift. Only a very limited amount of rooms are on ground floor. Would recommend to call and book straight from receptionist if OKU, as they don't check the website

1) Strategically located in center of Sitiawan city surrounded with few famous places
2) Basic furnished room with TV, water heater, WiFi and AC. also Coway water is available in each floor
3) Very helpful receptionist and service
The Bad:
1) Weak sound proofing in the room, birds noise in the morning and evening because there are bird nest breeding places around the hotel
2) No lift, you have to walk and carry your luggage to the room
3) Limited car park

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely recommended. For a rate of less then rm100 per night, we got clean room, clean bed sheet which was a comfortable king size bed, clean toilet and above all friendly and helpful counter service. My biggest fear of a hotel room without window due to the rate was overcome when the counter told me that all rooms are with window. Very satisfied stay.
A well rested night sleep for us to join the massive and meaningful raya traffic back home to Kuala Lumpur.
