The place was clean and affordable. Only thing need mini fridge and kettle with coffee and tea. Then it will be the best!

When i got there, i cant use the pool cause its under construction... But price is okay.. if i can access the pool it will be 4 star

Room hv no air con,tv not functioning,no warm water for shower,bathroom with no any supply of the shampoo&soap. Water heater no functioning. Bad service! The front desk not helpful too.????????

i pay rm60 and dont think this hotel is nice!!im rushing and just think my family will stay just for sleep before go to pangkor..i book 3 room..all room so cozy,nice,clean its like price above rm150..but u just pay rm60! thank you sun inns

Affordable price.Swimming pool under construction due to covid until now. Sejadah can requested from desk. Toilet ok just need to repair if any problem occurred.

Thought want to stay here for 2days and pay the money straighly after that only saw the hotel so dirty , got people vomit there also never clean up, the bed veryyyyy dirtyyyyy. Ask for changing but also the same. End up wanna move to other hotel then ask for the counter ,that manager said can refund for 1 day but until now no refund at all!!!

Not even willing to give the 1 star for this hotel! Had booked two rooms for one night stay (03-04 May 2022) , but very disappointed! Two rooms are bad condition! The bedspread (Blanket)with yellow stains, look like someone has used it. The Air con and TV unable to switch on, the end found that TV remote without any battery, the Officer didn’t knew the rooms have to use the remote to on it.after I told them that is not a build in remote on the wall.They no even going to check and confirm the rooms which is good in condition before assign to guests. What I knew that, when the guest to complaints for the room, they would not go to fix it well, and just pass it to the next guest (because the bathroom floor is wet , Such as some one just used it and the room window had opened which facing the backyard, room odour strong it is smoking room)! I was do the checking for the both rooms After enter the room, I took around 10min to testing all the facilities. In the same time , my 10 years old daughter because She going take the bath immediately so I instruct her to help me check the hot water supply which in the bath room. When she having shower I am not in the room (I was testing and do the checking in other room). I Go down to reception counter to feedback to two Indian ladies regarding the facilities in the room had not working. they giving me the emotion like β€œhad expected will be happened”! One of the women which she mentioned she is the boss of the hotel, she very unhappy me to requested to change the room. She mentioned to me they are running full and no more rooms. The ladies has pass me one new room , but the room still in bad condition, air con and tv unable to on it too. I went down again, it is 3rd time to feedback the room almost around 11pm! I went to reception decide to have the refund and check out! The Indian boss ladies who are not dare to giving her name ,she was unhappy and scolding us with β€œstupid β€œ words! We are never expect they have the poor and rude attitude like this! In additional, the room didn’t provide any bathroom supplies like soap/ shampoo. The Indian boss ladies said that the guest have to β€œtell and ask them to provide”! They wouldn’t to provide without any mention! But how come they can automatically to passed me the bag which had put two towels and tv remove inside exclude the bathroom supplies? This reason make me very incomprehensible! When I was doing the check in , there are few guests to do the feedback too and mentioned that their room remote control and water heater are not functioning well! The Indian boss ladies question me that after used the room (my daughter had shower in the bathroom ) still need to get back refund? Hey, auntie let me explain to you, The room You pass me that also not clean too! Can see you not willing to do the refund to me! In the same time, you do mentioned to me β€œyou still have the good condition room” , but in the first time , why you do not assign the better room to your guests? If You unhappy people doing the feedback to your room, please do the checking before give to your guests use! Make sure which is GOOD IN CONDITION! Impossible guests to pay You the money and still need volunteer do the park time job to help you check the room like that! We are guests and travellers, we had travelled since earlier morning without rest and the end still had the bad room and this kind of sucks service? My booking is booked through the agoda website, The reviews are showing very good, but it's true big different! Rooms are very old.
