I had a very bad experience today with them which i have bought at mahkota parade ground floor 68optic last time on 6 April 2021 went to check the power later change of mind and bought 1glass bcs our family members regularly buy. We were rare usage of it one day suddenly take out the glass from the face and it was cracked at the screw part and then i called them and say that issue they said okay come later we went then they say cannot change need to top up RM50 for the new frame awhile later they check the date in system even mention 6/4/2021 after says already 1month ++.....actually more 10days . So this was that service provide to a regular customer .... Even i worked as a hospitality industry doesn't give any cheap quality products we trust them but they doesn't think of it ........hope this will goes to the management of 68 optic. Hope can get a sollution .
