It should be 58 but they used ceramic iron without telling me its with extra money!! I ended up paying 109 which is ridicules

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place looked good to cut my hair at..but for short hair that just needs shaping and trimming they asked me a whopping RM68! It was so expensive that i did a wash&nlow and hair cut at a different place same mall for just RM48!To price a customer that much especially for a hair that does not need so much work I felt overcharged ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The guy super racist! when i show the hair photo he laughed and went to his customer to continue laughing and gossip about my experience. If there was an option for a negative star i would give it cause thats what they deserve.
Not recommended at all.

Seems that the saloon lack of manpower, and their so called senior hairstylist cant provide a proper hair cut, had to seek for another senior hairstylist who handling another customer to continuing my hair cut. Not satisfy with my hairdo. I had the longest hair cut ever with almost 1 hour 40 mins just for hair cut & wash! Overall, not recommended to anyone who wish to go for a confident stylist and proper saloon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came a day before to ask if the hairdresser can cut my curly hair, and the man at the reception assured me that they can do that, and so i booked an appointment. On the next day, the hairdresser saw my curly hair and panicked. I showed him the pic of the hair cut i usually get back home, but he kept saying that he cant do it and that my hair needs to be longer. I immediately knew he was not competent so I said it's okay and I left. The staff is so unprofessional. The receptionists are very impolite and when i showed the pic of the hair cut i usually get, one of the hairdressers ( a guy with dyed gray/almost green hair) turned around, looked at the pic, and laughed. Honestly worst experience i have ever had at a hair saloon.
If there is a zero star rating i would have clicked on it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my hair cut here the first time. And so lucky to meet Alice. She is not only a great stylist with good taste and patience to guide her customers through finding the best and most fitted hair style, also a knowledgeable hair care expert who is sharing all the related information without any even little hard selling. I walked in without making appointment and right after I sat down there were people coming continuously for Alice but then had to wait while Alice was still doing my hair patiently and carefully without any rushing.
It was such a good experience and I will definitely come back just for Alice.
