β β β β β Just had a wash and blow for RM65. They were being lazy about it, it looked fine but, definitely not worth the price. Do yourself a favour and find yourself another place. If you feel like spending that much for a lousy, rushed service, by all means.

β β β β β I just want to do hair and blow, but the hairstylist keep to persuade me to do treatment, and I say no need after that she say will using the good shampoo without telling me the prices. When I'm finish and go to pay the fees, and realize that good shampoo is extra charges. DIDN'T TELL ME PRICES BEFORE DO EVERYTHING! CHEATING SALOONS ! Will never go again to the saloon!

β β β β β My wife went to have her bangs trimmed, but instead they cut it off. They also hard sell their service and products, non stop. Very unpleasant experience, won't be back for second time.

β β β β β Me n my friend being their regular customer since 2010. The performance gradually getting worse. Good hairstylist last time all no more. Current one poor customer service and can't follow customer desired hairstyle. Not even close and the result maybe worse than you do home cut. My yesterday visit get cut by one of the hairstylist, is nightmare. To obvious wrong cut and 'cincai' cut. No finishing cut when your hair still uneven, untrimmed. Luckily come back and the other staff help me trim abit. Spend almost rm400 for rebonding, and your hair end up getting harder to manage in which too far from actual instructions, definately frustrating. Maybe it's the time to say bye2 after supporting for almost a decade.

Just stay AWAY from this saloon.
Aside from the high priced and poor quality work.
The stylist seriously messed up my hair and it's not one length and it is seriously a mess. I regret cutting my hair here.
They poorly handled the cutting process and it was really unprofessional, no sectioning just randomly cutting hair here and there I even pointed that one section is shorter than the other but the stylist insisted that it was the same length. Even after mentioning the desired length he just kept cutting shorter and imagine although it's very short the left section of the hair is waay shorter than the right section to top that the right section got lots of layers (which I didn't ask for) while the left side just short.Really ruined my hair for a really high price. A little below Rm100 for basically a nightmare. Worst experience I ever had.

β β β β β Came to this hair salon last year to have my hair dyed. I showed them a picture of one of their past customers. However, it didn't turn out the same. The color was brighter than what I wanted.
The hairstylist also spoke in chinese and they thought I wouldn't understand, lol. Because I asked if they will charge for putting some hair serum of their product. and they were like "Maybe we can charge her for the hair serum." "she already asked if we will charge for putting the serum, lol. We will just scare her away." They added something else but they asked me beforehand "We will charge this much to put this. Do you want us to proceed?" But the product was already in their palm LOL
I would say the price was quite pricey RM600 for waist length hair. Maybe because their location is in the mall. I'm sure there are better hair salon than this.
