β β β β β Had my haircut with Bryann Ng for a wash and cut after almost a year of no haircut. Gave really great advice on what is best suited for my hair since my hair is very fine and flat! He even styled my hair and it looks amazing! Thinking of coming back for a perm after he gave me an idea of what it would look like. Really reccomend! Great service ??

β β β β β First time coming here and do the scalp treatment. And the service is so good 9/10 by VIONA . Hairstylist VIONA was very friendly and kind to share hair styling and hair care tips .Range of price is affordable. Very recommended and will come again!!

β β β β β The stylist who did my daughter hair has an attitude.. even my daughter's hair look worst than bfore he cut it. Def not coming back here. I wanted to rate 1 star only but since all the other female staff here are pretty nice, i add 1 more star..

β β β β β I really should've read the reviews before going here. The stylist was quite rude and pushed me to take an expensive hair wash promo just so I don't have to feel like i waited long for my hair trim. to be honest, if the salon looked like its short staffed please decline anymore customers so we dont have to be a part of that awful atmosphere. the only nice staff was the lady who did my treatment and the cashier girl. everyone else looked like they don't even want customers to come in anymore. it was 3pm

β β β β β The stylists here donβt know how to cut hair. I am pretty sure I can do myself way better than they do. It was just terrible. Plus they keeps on trying to sell additional service even I said βNOβ, it was annoying. Please do not go this saloon and waste your money, time and hair. I wonder how come this saloon get good reviews on google map.

β β β β β I used to like this place, but eventually they disappoint me with their sales mentality. I felt like they kept trying to push me with more expansive treatments that the customers don't really need.
There's this instance where I am insecure about my flat hair then my barber ask me to do a perm, however with the shorter length of my hair, the outcome of the perm is not visible and they proceed to charge me RM198 with the treatment.
The barber (Eva Wong) shouldn't have ask me to do perm because the effect is not visible. She should have have advise me for my hair to grow longer before pushing me with the perm treatment. I just felt like being squeeze out of money for their sales target maybe, rather than giving what's most suitable to the customer regardless of the price.
She even suggested me come back next week after the perm for hair dying treatment which cost another RM180++ something. I don't like being up sales like that. You lost a long term customer, with short-term gains. Remember that.

β β β β β By far the most unprofessional haircut service Iβve ever got. They literally advise every person to use their βgoodβ shampoo plus scalp treatment with additional charges. The senior stylist also attended to a few customers at a time and left me sitting there for some time after washing my hair. Please read reviews before visiting the saloon!!! ?

β β β β β A lot of fake reviews here, those people who give 5 stars only have left one review in their whole life , and 90% of the reviewers who gave 5 stars are from those fake reviewers . the hairdresser actually didnβt discuss the length of the hair with me. I shown a video about how my hair should look like. And usually other hairdressers would have asked me if I want to cut the top part, or how long I want to cut the front part, but she didnβt do it, she didnβt even thinner the upper part of my hair. And I also mentioned I want to shave the side hairline , so it is easier for me to split the hair to two sides. I have my own style . And she didnβt ask me what I think and what I want , so I get a hair cut that is what she think is good for me . And I also didnβt know when the haircut is finished , and suddenly she just removed my haircut coat and without asking me if my haircut is ok. I feel like I want to get a new hair cut right after this. I asked for a creative director, but they only have senior stylist. Seems like a lot of fake reviews here, most of the reviewers here only have written one review before.
