Bought it during promo which is RM8 only
Difficult to find parking unless you go to those parking venue
Shop look a bit messy maybe need some renovation
Staff not really friendly when I visited but overall still okay lah .

Kinda a niche thing, my wife loves it.
Chicken is quite good and definitely better then the local KFC. The fries we got served on the other hand were on verge of being stale and definitely sat around for a bit.
Over all it not a bad place if you absolutely must get your root beer fix, but over all I'd go to Korean Fried Chicken place in place of these American franchises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is spacious n clean..beside RHB Bank in Ttdi n same row as Q Bistro....toilet is clean n product is good..got chicken ..burger..fries..rice..n breakfast set..but the staff need to improve customer service...bad n very slow...n when u know tat is dinner time..fry the chicken more..everytime need to wait 10 min...ppl dont have 10 min..u are fast food restaurant...why need to wait?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here for the beef coney & curly fries and fried chicken. Wash down with a glass of gassy, cold RB. I think I am a happy girl. *for the the hot & spicy fried chicken actually they just sprinkle some hot & spicy powder on top of the normal fried chicken.. just in case you don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A&W had a Great marketing promo last few weeks. First it was the Buy 2 Coney Dogs for RM 10 and recently Buy 2 Chicken burger ? for RM 10! Now IF you were to do the simple and short survey from the receipt, you'll receive a 600 ml A&W Rootbeer for FREE!! ??????
It's always good to revisit A&W with these marketing promos as it helps the merchants boost their sales. Overall, the food was good, Customer Service needs improvement and the Cleanliness of the place needs to buck up!

I actually dnt rmbr at all that A&W fried chicken is actually thatt nice! It was really fragnant.
And the staff at ttdi branch cashier was soooo friendly! Lovely person :))

I went back to try their 3 new products. The choco banana balls is powdery, not nice at all. As for the cendol gula melaka waffle, it was just okay. I was pretty expected to try but it wasnt up to how it was presented and marketed. Sadly :((
