★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makanan okay, masa sy dtg, machine cashier rosak, staff nampak kurang trained, mungkin sbb masih baharu, takpela. And ada hazard di kawasan sinki, lantai sangat licin, agak bahaya di situ.
 The food is okay, the time has come, the cashier machine is broken, the staff seems to be less trained, maybe it's still new, I'm sorry. And there is a hazard in the sink area, the floor is very slippery, quite a danger there.

Tolong improve ye. Customer beli pakai duit.
Harap takde yg terkena mcm sy.
Order 2 pcs aroma chicken combo n 3 pcs cheesy golden egg aroma chicken combo. But I got a chicken that is old and has started to rot.
The cheesy golden egg chicken is too salty.
Please improve it. Customers buy with money.
Please don't be affected by mcm sy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER BAD Bad Customer Service... Sometimes I do wonder does the staff know that we are there to PAY and PURCHASE the food. If so why do they act like they are Gordon Ramsay's right hand...be polite and respectful....trust me I know this, it WILL NOT KILL YOU to just be kind....super annoying!!! Never going back!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A&w finally in BMC.. Great attitude from the staff, fast serving. Great quality of food as well as service. When peak hour, service was fast enough. The down side is the place is kinda small. Can get jamm packed during peak hours..
