Fried chicken very big and Crispy ?
Price RM13.90 ?
Cleanliness ?
Overall I prefer traditional taste nasi lemak, this 1 more like Chinese style.

โ โ โ โ โ Good place for Nasi lemak lover. Ordered their ayam goreng n beef rendang. Service was prompt n courteous. Serving was reasonable. Will benchmark the taste against my favourite nasi lemak joint village park. Rice taste loses out to village park which is more balanced. Bamboo's fried chicken is better as its more juicier. Beef rendeng is ok but my own preference is skewed to village park. Overall, a satisfying well prepared meal. Do merit another visit to explore further on their menu. Good job!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Reasonably priced assortment with good variety and flavour.
Hainan Kopi: bold and rich.
Lemon Barley: Served hot and not diluted with two lemon slices
Nasi Lemak with Ayam Goreng (Fried chicken): Meat is fragrant and tender, easily taken apart with cutlery. Just wish they provided more fried crumbs to mix with the rice. Sambal is nice but not the spiciest. Rice is very aromatic and tastes food even when eaten plain.
Bamboo Seafood: Curry tastes great but the portion leaves much to be desired. Counted about 4 small prawns and 2 pieces of sotong. Way of presentation is unique. Overall a good tasting dish that skimped on toppings.
Meesiam: Bland but spicy. Nothing extraordinary.
Satay was quite seasoned. Prawn fritters were delicious. Goreng pisang has generous serving of large pieces. Cendol is delicious and a refreshing way to end the meal as the gula melaka provided is fresh. Just wish the red bean was cooked softer.

โ โ โ โ โ A good place for nasi lemak and local delicacies. The only demerit point is that the fried food stuffs here are over fried and thus disrupting the taste and texture of the fried ikan bilis, the fried chicken drumsticks and fried shrimp snack that I had ordered today. I also hope that the oil used for frying the food must be fresh always and cannot be reused as many times for health sake.
