โ โ โ โ โ Front and back I seen during my visit was foreigners. Service by them are ok however Where are the locals staffs?
Chicken are dry, taste not good at all. Quality seems dropped alot as my last visit.
Hope will be better.

โ โ โ โ โ There were so many customers but they decided to open inly one counter. Good cashier, new staff I guess. The places so dirty. No staff at the dining area to clean up. Short of staff maybe. Overall not recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ I want report/complain to you about the quality of your food and beverages (chicken and pepsi) very bad and no taste like usual. It happen to me at your outlet in Aeon Mall Cheras Selatan. I dont know how your staff make your โsecret recipeโ chicken, are they follow sop or not. I think they not follow your sop. The chicken taste very bad. There was no taste (tasteless). The pepsi also different taste. On that times only 1 customer que for order before me. Means it not crowded. Meanwhile besides is McDonalds and many people go there because they know your outlet service & quality very bad. Please KFC, common! Please advise and train your staff very well to give good services to your customers. Please send this report/complain to the outlet manager. Thank you!!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Poor hygiene, extremely dirty. Zero quality of service. Staffs' face all black and sour like I owe them money. Was ignored for a request to change my chicken type. I stood there for sometime and even called out to staffs whom ignored me. If you can't train staffs to give proper service, just use machines like McDonald's. Hands down worst branch in Malaysia.
