I WILL OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH A BANK NEXT DOOR. INITIALLY, I PLAN TO DEPOSIT A CHEQUE OF RM26.000.00. BUT BECOS OF THIS BAD EXPERIENCE, I WILL DEPISIT THIS MONEY WITH A BANK NEXT DOOR!
I HAVE JUST CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE. THE LADY ON THE PHONE IS NOT TRAINED PROPERLY. SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE REJECTION CODE NO. 03022-000 IS ALL ABOUT. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT UOB. PERHAPS UOB IS TELLING ALL CUSTOMERS : GO AWAY!

They call me a month back asking how was my experience during my last visit, in short I told them exactly what I feel, i.e the service level is horrible. I totally gave up with them today, so I closed all my accounts with them to show my frustration.
