β β β β β I've seen pretty much all of the doctors in this clinic and they are all very good. And Dr.Joann is so super patient and friendly. She will take time to answer any questions I have and never tries to rush us out. Also takes time to answer messages and emails which is really above and beyond expectations.

β β β β β Love this clinic! Dr Wai Ko Ni is absolutely wonderful with our kids. Very cheerful and explains very well. Been here a few times already and just got their vaccinations recently. Sheβs very good, painless jabs! Highly recommended.

β β β β β The doctors all all quite experienced. My 2 year old son are comfortable with dr.Joann, she's patient and gentle towards my kid. Most importantly explained everything in detailed. Charges are reasonable as well.

β β β β β My kids' family clinic. Recently had an elevated experience when I met Dr Joann for a lactation related problem and she was the most patient and experienced lactation consultant met! Her advices were helpful and my issue was solved as per her estimated timeline. Thank you doctor!

β β β β β Prior to walking in, a phone call was made to enquire if an appointment was needed and the lady begin to probe with questions instead. She asked what was the issue, and it was explained. She then proceed to advise that a self test kit was needed and I responded that it was done with negative results. I turned up at the clinic, only to be rejected because it was not a complete throat and nasal test. If she had been SPECIFIC during the phone call it would have been less frustrating. Imagine having to bring about an already sick child and not accepted during rush hour. Such a disappointment!

β β β β β Dr Leong who visits this clinic is a very professional & good Dermatologist. Able to point out the exact problem of my sonβs eczema. Very patient & caring Dr. Now my sonβs eczema is under control. No more flare up.

β β β β β I feel that Dr Mathan lack of experience. Worst than normal experience general practice doctor. He have no clue in prescribe medication for my son after I had told him some others medication I had gave to my son and it doesn't help. In addition he was wanted to prescribe Rhinathiol but find out no stock in the clinic then he wanted change to tussidex. End up I walk out from clinic without any medication given because all of the medication he wanted to prescribe I have it in my house. And get charges rm100. Which make me feel not worth at all.
