β β β β β First of all, I went to the counter, and no greetings at all, the Malay lady just look at me with a very grumpy face, and I order 3 pieces of chicken, and request for 2 piece of drumsticks, while she is getting ready, I saw her just putting 2 piece of chicken in the box, so I kindly reminded her, and she thought I changed my order, so she show me her attitude by pushing the box roughly towards me, and after I paid, she threw the receipt on the table with a really bad attitude. Management, please guide your employee on a better customer service. This industry is considered as service line. Thank you.

β β β β β The staff was cleaning the place all the time to ensure we have the available table for dining. There are few tables available outside of the restaurant but without air-con. Food quality in KFC has been reduced, but the price is increasing. I personally think Texas chicken is much more juicy than KFC. QRpay is not working in this branch, they have to do something to fix this.

β β β β β Went for bring back, guess what, 6 out of 9 peaces from the bucket are bird size drumsticks. Haven't complained about the taste, which is bad... And the service is super slow.

β β β β β Ordered kfc through grabfood. It takes 1 hour to received my order from Centre Point to Glomac Centro! And the most dissapoinment part is, no chili sauce!!! Only tomato ketchup!!?? Lousy KFC!

β β β β β The place is small but the service is fast...peak time is at 1230pm for lunch ..n dinner time at 8pm....long queue ...service staff didnt clean the table so efficient...need to improve...the counter staff is nice n always smile...very good....the place is clean ????β€β€β€

β β β β β I personally like this branch better especially for the ease of parking and location. If you are lucky, sometimes you can get a space right in front or leave your car for a bit and double park with your calling card in there of course. The other thing is the location, sure beats One Utama as it is smaller and it serves its surrounding community.
The consistency of the chicken, as in taste wise is also better than most branches. Ambience, it is nice and cosy. Seating space is also available outside the shop.
Service wise, they are very accommodating to help environmentalists like us, to place it in our tiffin carrier.
