★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a really bad ACE Hardware experience shopping at your Dpulze Shopping Centre branch in Cyberjaya. Me and my mother were looking for a particular kind of light bulb and non of the staff were willing to help and look for the exact light bulb with us. We asked numerous help from different staffs but what stood out the most were the two girls who were near the light bulbs. Rather than helping the customers, they were more into chit-chatting with themselves. When we called them out for their attention they started acting aggressively and when asked for their name, they wouldn't even show their staff ID because it was covered with random crumpled papers. This is our first time experiencing this service after the numerous times that we went to that particular branch. When we asked for the Manager's help, the manager named Mr. Foo said that he can't do anything because he's just new. I would highly appreciate it if you would take a look unto this matter because this is really unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing hardware store. Has a wide range of stuff that might be on the high end for most customers. But once you check out the brands and try it out yourself you immediately know why. It's mostly from overseas and the quality is top notch. Very satisfied with the place.

Go here if you like to buy high quality premium imported DIY stuff from the USA, not the usual China junk. however the staff sometimes are clueless about the items they sell. Although the items seems expensive compared to chinese made stuff, usually you get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst ace hardware i have been in terms of customer service. I have lived in the US and had always gone to Ace. They are known for their warm hospitality and customer service. The staff here has no knowledge of their items and when i enquired about an item, i was told to go check the aisles myself (wrong aisle too) whilst the staff just stood there doing nothing. The staff here is tarnishing the Ace Hardware brand image. They need to seriously buck up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store sells a lithium battery for double the price of other shops, daylight robbery. The staffs were clueless about another item which I wanted to buy. Instead of going to the aisle to check the item with me, I was told to check the aisle by myself. They didn't even ask if I found the item when I was paying for the overprice battery. 0/10 hospitality and service.
