β β β β β Had a bad experience here today! As I was looking forward to smell some Jo Malone scent since itβs my first time, feeling somewhat lost, no one even came to help me! Since Iβm not the first to complain about this, please train your staff to NOT judge your customers and treat everyone the same! I went out feeling VERY disappointed, lost and disrespected! You have just lost one potential customer.

β β β β β I went there for a look with my friends at January 26th, and there is this sales man who have that korean haircut who is disrespectful towards us. I was looking around and try to sniff the scent when there is this sales woman walking towards us, but the sales man suddenly pointed at us, and waved to this sales woman with that "nope, they can't buy" facial expression. Please train your sales well.

I donβt know what is up with this outlet but this is my second time here and itβs still the same awful service as per my first trip. I thought Iβd give this outlet a try again to ensure that probably the staff was having a bad day but looks like itβs not it.
Chinese lady SA is really really cold and rude. Shame on me for not getting her name but walking in to the store, not even a welcome, not even a smile, her body language just seemed like she wanted us to leave, and the worst of all - the way she talked.
Itβs a disgrace that the service in this outlet is awful. Just buy it elsewhere.

β β β β β My friend went there the other day with her own friend, who was interested in purchasing their cologne. The sales assistant looked at him in disdain, UNTIL when he decided to purchase the perfume, then the SA smiled like a Cheshire cat (probably because they're getting their commission). That probably says a lot about their customer service, doesn't it?

β β β β β After sales service was atrocious. Despite the exchange policy was 14 days, they had to get 'approval' from management, so you have to go there at least few times. Even after approved, the store manager had me waited for 30 minutes in the store, the sales advisors cannot proceed the refund without the store manager's access card and that SA lied saying its system down. After a long wait, the manager came over after finishing her coffee and swipe her card without signs of remorse, 0/5.

β β β β β I have been using Jo Malone since 2018, love to walk in JM in Pavilion because there is always a chinese guy sales assistant , extremely friendly and patient . I walked in to buy on 25 December 2021, experienced a totally disappointed services as the FEMALE sales assistant black FACE and looked down on us thinking that we only doing window shopping. I remember her name with a word Jixx. She was using an impatient tone to ask me , what r u looking for, how many ml and what smell. I was actually had in mind already which perfume I wanted to buy as a Christmas gift, but I was seeing her response Ike that, very forceful and want to expedite my transaction and proceed with the next person, because of commission u r going to earnοΌ I, pretending not to buy anything . I said I will need to see first and decide, she immediately walked away with her super black face. Not long after that, I taken the perfume I chosen and paid, I don't think I will come to this store again , with this kind of service and attitude, very bad services.
