β β β β β First visit, served by a Malay lady with very short hair. Very very bad attitude. This can be easily felt by new customers like me. Not sure is she a sales promoter or supervisor, but this person is definitely ruining the brand and bringing Malaysiaβs status low. If you are a person in charge, pls think wise. She does not deserve this job. Pui.

β β β β β been pavillion lush last week, served by a short malay salesgirl with short hair, very bad experience, a lot of excuses not giving me a sample to bring back home (because it's facial cleanser, i have sensitive skin i have to put on my face to test it). Therefore I requested from other staffs but unfortunately the others were busy and directed me back to the short hair lady again, i can tell she was not pleasant, kept repeating the excuse not to give me a sample, i insisted, she had no choice but to give me the sample,. At last i just bought a bath bomb, i was going to buy conditioner actually, since I was getting this kind of service, not going to buy no more. Better visit Lush Aeon Tebrau city, the Tebrau city team is way too much better than Pavilion.

β β β β β Overpriced bath bombs, but excellent service by the staff! She was helpful & friendly even though I came just 10 minutes before closing time. Also there is literally nowhere else to buy bath bombs in the Bukit Bintang area if Sephora is out of stock cos Bath & Bodyworks & The Body Shop don't sell them!

β β β β β Its my birthday, i called the staff in lush Pavilion named Joey, very nice guy, i ordered bubble bath, joey such a nice guy told me that he would gave me something for my birthday, did not expect something huge or good, i told him its my birthday that day, i asked lalamove to get my order at the mall,
When i got my order from lalamove i was so amazed n so happy joey from Lush gave a my bubble bath and face / body coffee scrub, which so nice to use, joey make my day, i felt so happy, only god knows, syukor alhamdulillah.

β β β β β My first time visit this store and buy some bathbomb its quite expensive but the quality is definitely great. They will ask you to wash our hand first i think for the higiene. As maybe because of the pandemic. But i think thats a good idea. The shop keeper is really nice answering all my question about the bath bomb haha will visit here again next time. thx u
