โ โ โ โ โ Aku ada kat cawangan bank in minggu lepas. Nampaknya satu kaunter je yg ada staff hari itu. Walau bagaimanapun, ku fikir servis akan cepat sebab termasuk saya terdapat 3 pelanggan shj kat bank. Sambil menunggu ku pun nampak terdapat adanya bank staff yg lain yg tengah bercakap antara satu sama lain dan berjalan sini sana, tetapi satu staff shj yang bekerja kat kaunter. Staff lain buat tak tahu dan berterus bercakap dan tidak layan saya dan lagi satu pelanggan. Ku pun tunggu sampai hampir 35 minit, dan masih tidak ada staff yg nak layan saya. Apa ini? What is this kind of service this bank?
 I have a bank branch in Boston last week. It seems that there is a counter je staff that day. However, I thought the service would be fast because I included 3 bank customers. While waiting I saw there was the bank staff others through the middle of talking to each other and running here and there, but only one staff working kat counter. The other staff was ignorant and kept talking to me and another customer. I waited for almost 35 minutes, and still no staff was there to treat me. What is this? What is this kind of service this bank?

โ โ โ โ โ I can see so many staff present but only one counter is open. The queue is not long but had to wait for about 30mins for my turn. Worst Affin Branch encountered.
