★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是人烟稀少的银行。
比起同一排的ambank好了一点点，不至于空空的，
但是跟对面的maybank拍长龙来说，真的是差别好大。
Cheque deposit machine 还不错，容易使用，和其他间一样。
其他服务不懂， 没有吸引到我去用或投资。
保安满用工工作的。
 It is a sparsely populated bank.
Compared to the ambank in the same row, it’s a little better, and it’s not empty.
However, it is really quite different from the opposing Maybank shoot long.
Cheque deposit machine is not bad and easy to use, just like the others.
I don't understand other services, and I didn't attract me to use or invest.
The security guards are fully employed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here few times for ASB transactions, open children account, mil withdraw money. Mil is wheelchair bound. Being the counter on the ground floor is very helpful. Maybank, cimb asb counter is on 1st floor. Slow maybe but they are doing their job not talking. I can surf while they key in data.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to open a savings account and FDs. Very friendly staff. But the application form wants intimate details irrelevant to the accounts. One question asked for former employers but we retired long ago and do not have any information like addresses since it was a small company. We were told to Google for it because it is compulsory information. Boy! I am not borrowing any money. I am depositing money. Since we can't provide the information, we walked out feeling happy that we did not open our accounts with Affin Bank. The next bank was simple and straightforward as it should be. User friendly, un-intimitating, respectful and convenient: missing elements in Affin Bank.
