The reception desk was useless, the call center or hotline was not even functioning, well according the reception and pb (security) we are not allowed to come and complain straight at office or even ask directly at their office. They almost throw us out the place and aaid to only the hotline for anything (which didn't even respond, after a few dozen calls). Oh yeah the email they losted the email is also useless, apparenly they are just getting their wages for free. For those going here, get some backing before if not they won't even listen to a single word you say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Email sent in July with all the required documents, no response at all. Sent an inquiry on their official website in early September, no response at all. Dropped another email in mid September, til now no response. Called multiple times, its either line busy or no one picked up.... Seriously why bother to have a hotline if no one is gonna attend to?
Updated [15th Mar 2022] Finally my submission has been approved and got my bantuan after around 3 working weeks. For those who couldnt get any reply, do try to get in touch with then via FB messenger.
