To the manager of CIMB hire purchase department in Seremban.
I was very disappointed to see the behaviour of a manager. I think she reacted very badly to her staff who brought her 1-year-old child to the office.
Firstly, you would need to attend classes on how to behave yourself. I guess maybe your parents didn’t bring you up in a good way. Well that is what some people say (if you remember) You are not a good parent if your child never listens to you. So shall I blame you or your parents for your attitude. Anyway please have some respect towards your staffs and customers. Learn how to communicate with good manners. Stop shouting at people. They are not your slave. You as a manager should know how to talk and manage things, if you can’t control your emotions, then you are not qualified to be a manager. I hope CIMB can do something about this. Do send her for some customer service courses or counselling. Please don’t lose your customers CIMB!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just giving my opinion. The Auto Finance Dept is really bad in customer service. I think the staff there needs to also be trained in customer service field. Well, at least they can improve their skills in communicating with their customer that come by to settle up things and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this branch for a housing loan application (After we were disappointed by the Senawang's CIMB). I was lucky to meet an awesome bank officer Miss Ika. She's so nice and helpful, a friendly person and she is willing to go the extra mile to solve any problems. Our application was approved in just 3 days.
