★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategically located at Campbell Street Market, it is one of the hidden gems in Penang. Locals called it Ah Wan. You can choose between clear soul or normal curry mee. The broth is good and when you add the chilli paste in, the broth totally becomes ‘da bomb’.
Downside is it’s hard to find parking here and there are limited tables here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curry mee broth is well balance in terms of Aromatic spices and coconut milk. Mix in abit of their own homemade chilli paste make it even more ‘kick’! The noodle are blanched perfectly too! Soggy noodle “potong steam!”
My usual curry mee spot in the morning time. (I’m Working nearby and patron this stall since young until today, the quality is still there!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time no disappointment , the taste was excellent . Just the right flavors. Served piping hot, spices not overpowering, coconut curries with chilies paste taste pleasant and chili oils never stick to the back of my throat. Perfect. Few pieces of peppermint.. wonderful. Perfect prawns.. not too hard , not too soft.. will go again tomorrow for breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious curry mee. The same stall also sell very good clear soup noodle. Besides of the stall have another stall selling fried beehoon. But the seating here is not really comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This came up in my FB feed today, reminding me of the super delicious bowl of curry noodles I had in Penang 3 years ago. The stall was located on the roadside just next to the wet market in Lebuh Campbell. The curry broth was so good and at it's best when it is piping hot. Look at how big the prawns are! I recalled that I popped by again before I left the island (just to have one more bowl) but the stall had sold out everything before noon.
