★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist and WhatsApp manager made me wanna quit going there badly. They don’t even tell you their name when asked on WhatsApp so no accountability. The receptionist started from crude to downright rude. Most other staff are polite though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication and customer service need to improve. As another patient recently posted, the nurse is constantly telling us how busy she is, can be very rude when we ask basic questions, has made mistakes on our file. Very frustrating - this is such a difficult process already, please be professional and compassionate. If the nurses are too busy and overworked, then hire more staff. Don't take it out on paying patients (your clients).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first day I stepped in to the day I had my babies, my experience has been amazing with them. All the nurses, embryologist, staff and specially Dr Leong. I have had terrible experiences with multiple doctors and for the first time a doctor did not just blame my weight for all issues instead he worked around it and exactly 11 months after my first appointment with Dr Leong, I had my twin boys. Thanks to each and everyone at Alpha for being the reason of my happiness. I stayed with Dr Leong till delivery and he has been so good throughout pregnancy also. This clinic took good care of me throughout. And I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduling and timing are completely out. Whilst I can try to understand the nature of the business and its dealings, the appointments and waiting times don’t make any sense. I let Alpha tell me when is best to see them and I have, on many many occasions already for the past 3 yrs, arrived very much earlier/on the dot/slightly later (<30m) before. I had to wait on all 3 types. On a good day, an hour. On not so good ones, more than 2 hours, sometimes up to 3.5. What is the purpose of appointments?
I like everything else though.
