★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very friendly Doctor. Brought my 2 months old Maltese for visitation and I guess my puppy is happy with the vaccination ? Doctor Tan is a highly recommended doctor with reasonable charges. Thank You once again for the good hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a stray dog near my house for neutering. As the stray dog is quite aggresive, we had to bring her to the vet in the trap cage. I did call the vet beforehand to ask whether we can do so. When we brought the dog there, we requested for the help of the vet to move her to a hand carry cage so that we can bring back the trap cage. (Since my friend needs it afterwards) What the vet did was claiming that he is VERY BUSY, and no time for this. He told us that if we want to move, we move her ourself. We are not any professional rescuer nor dog owner! He does not even do the check up on the dog for me and just ask me to leave the dog there and go. I thought at least the vet will asked me regarding the dog's condition but he didn't! Never been to a vet so poor before!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr very helpful and attentive, been here for vaccine and check up.After applied the cream on my dog's tail the lump gone. Dr always try his best to help the furkids, very attentive to the feedback and videos that we sent to him, will only ask us to bring the dog to the vet if necessary. My dog having trachea issue, instead of suggest us to get an inhaler, he gave my dog some medicine(he even ask how we feed the medicine to decide whether he should give in pills or liquid form) and ask us to bring my dog for exercise. Instead of hardselling all the not mandotary product, he will only advise upon our request. Dr is very patient with old dog, and will ask owner questions before making any final assumption, very reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called made a last minute appointment and they Managed to put me through, Experience was pleasant and prices were reasonable, You can also get prescribed Vet Royal Canin Food from here which was interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have cats with wet FIP, they’re gonna tell you there’s no point to remove the liquid cause it will eventually die anyway. That’s what I’ve been told.
They even struggle to find the source to remove the excess liquid from the cats tummy. Mine got probed at 4 separate places yet only can pull out 1ml. AND THEY CHARGED RM20 FOR IT!
I went to another vet on the same day, they’re able to remove 100ml!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do make an appointment before coming here. My cats have been here a couple times and so far my visits have been quite pleasant. However,the only thing I'm not quite fond of is the fact that they won't allow you to watch your pet getting bathed. I still am curious about why they won't allow that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 1st time sending my cat here. Upon arrival we were greeted by Dr Tan. My cat was due for her yearly vaccination and I requested for a full check up. Dr Tan was very friendly n clearly knew his way around animals. Procedures were done swiftly n smoothly without agitating my cat. Prices are reasonable for a private vet clinic. Another customer came after us and was asked to wait outside until we are finished to comply with the SOP
