โ โ โ โ โ Here have a swimming pool. And a small garden. Beside condo there is another garden I can take my dog with me jogging every morning. Only take 15 minutes to my work place at OUG.

โ โ โ โ โ The swimming pool has been maintained nicely by jmb, however the residence are mostly Chinese which explains the loud noises (screaming) and quite dirty corridors (littered). slightly disappointed to have China behaviors here in Malaysia.

โ โ โ โ โ Was gonna drop something upstairs, guard said I couldn't go up. Then ask if I can leave the item at the guard house as per my customer request, they wouldn't let me. Rude guards.

โ โ โ โ โ Looks alright inside but security guard is very "powerful" as the owners and especially visitors have to "bow down" to their instructions. For example, owner will tell you they can't change the guards as it's hard to find good help and the guard will tell you to get down from your car to walk over and get yourself registered as they will not care to do so as they have authority to make you comply or put up a fist fight. *sigh*

โ โ โ โ โ Great place for families, the building is in a good condition, the place is calm and the people are friendly in here the.
There is a hug swimming pool, for those who are into swimming, however not too deep, so not much expectation.
The management is great, they care a lot about security!
Overall it's a nice place, and the only downside is the distance from the highway, it is so close that you can hear the annoying/loud cars passing by.

โ โ โ โ โ Been here since 2014 to visit grandma house and they have moved to another place so I might not be coming there again. Many wonderful memories there and the elders are friendly too. If you have free time why not spend some time going to the small park and take a walk it will be a fun experience even though it is just a small part of your day
