★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience at ASNB today. The officer in charge of dealing with customers outside was rude. Saw he raised his voice to several customers, including myself. I saw one woman told him off because it was so rude. Should remember that people there were customers, and should be treated with respect, especially older customers.
The officer was a male officer wearing a blue shirt, and black doc marten. Maybe he thought he was cool for raising his voice -- but not really. Get off your high horse, please.
He raised his voice when people didn’t fill their form right, but he was absent when people filled the form. He was walking around without helping anyone except for raising his voice to folks about to enter the premise with their forms.
Other staff were respectful except for the power-trip guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with ASB shah alam. They are incredibly helpful and professional. There are two staff in particular who I dealt with that were very very good. Ms. Nurul Izzati and the man at the entrance counter dealing with inquiries (unfortunately I did not get his name). Both went above and beyond in helping the people who came to the office. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience here. Very quick service to withdraw money from ASB account. Only a few people when I came at 9:15am so no need to line up, only took 10 minutes to settle everything. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm amaze with the service by ASNB Shah Alam event during the MCO. I understand that due to the covid19 and MCO; we have to follow the SOPs. I brought my mom with me and the assisted her in a very good way.
One thing need to add on is that the outside staff needed to speak much more louder because of the face shield. and mask they are wearing. We customer cant really hear well..
Thank you for everything. really appreciated and happy with their service here.
