★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience and poor consultation from Dr. Foo. He did a consultation less than 2 minutes with a diagnosis of RM3800. I had my experience with other clinic that offered a thorough investigation and explanation on skin issues. Not a fast easy glance-through 2 minutes session. Dr. don't even bother to ask about patient history, diet, and current situation. Very unprofessional and business-basis. This is the only reason why we don't go through with the treatment package. Service is what matters, and Dr that actually listens cares. Glad that I have my fair share with other dermatologist experiences to compare with.
Won't recommend at all. Waste of time to travel and come, just for a glance-through of 2 minutes session. Lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After several treatments with Dr.Chong (Shah Alam branch), I would say they have their best service in tending the customers from treatment and post-service feedback. My skin has also improved since my first treatment (I did Yellow Laser, Facial and PRP). The staffs are friendly and you would not be bored during the treatment process!

Do contact them if want to try. I had tried so many clinic and this clinic customer service is 5 star. Will not regret ??? I'm sharing all my sessions picture with downtime picture. Psstt I'm like downtime ? hehehe
