β β β β β Patient Dr in attendance. Attended to my dog's needs even at 8pm, right afyer a gruesome 2.5hour surgery on a cat.
Hats off to you, Dr. And, thanks for the followup call, the day after. Appreciate your love and care for the welfare of our little babies.

β β β β β i hd such a bad experience with this vet.. My dog hv epilepsy and on medication.. one time i brought my dog poodle for examine and he tried to bite the doc then suddenly the doc hit my dog on the head and seizure attack my dog on the spot.. thank God the seizure stopped later... i visit many vets in Penang but none of the doc put their hand on my dog... the first and the last visit.. you know, after all the incident the doc didnt give med for the treatment i end up buy the med myself..lousy service

β β β β β I had my dog neutered at this clinic when he was very young, probably more than 7 years back.
That point of time doctor told us that he couldnβt find two testes so ended up only one testis was removed.
Years passed and my poor dog is now suffering from the testicular cancer ( the one wasnβt able to find last time)
We called angsana vet clinic multiple times to retrieve the old medical record to check out which side of testis was removed, and is so disappointed to know that medical record of my dog was lost.
AnywayI am not blaming anyone for the testicular cancer but I personally think that is not very professional for a clinic to lose medical records.

β β β β β We had such a great time at Angsana Veterinary Clinic. We brought in our cat, Lekiu, after she keeps on vomiting all day. We called to set appointment, but the staff said, just walk in. After reaching, we were attended by Dr Goh, who was so helpful and informative. Contrary to a veterinary clinic near Jalan Perak (we went there before, but very not happy with the service, despite the good Google reviews) here, Dr Goh explain to us in detail and with clear example, and give tips on how to improve our furry kids life. We are very happy with the service and we highly recommend his clinic. Thank you!

β β β β β Brought my pet here for second opinion and I was glad I did, they carried out check ups and tests so quickly and although my pet didn't survive(because I was too late) I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a good vet in Penang. The vets were very professional and extremely passionate at their jobs, and they took real good care for their patients
