★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had consulted a dr. cheng, the eye specialist there. she may be a so called authority in her field(??) but a simple query on the condition of my pet was met by a most unprofessional, arrogant, obnoxious and down right RUDE response from this good doctor. and to top it off, her rantings had very little to do with the subject matter! Very off tangent response fr this doktor...
this 'dr's behaviour is totally unbecoming from a 'professional' or 'educated' person. on the contrary this person easily qualifies as the most 'kurang ajar' person i have ever met., especially given her age! one might think a persons mannerism to be more refined as one ages, but in this case its quite the opposite. perhaps being around animals all this while has eroded her human side. i donno. . maybe she was having a bad hair day who knows. but frankly, now i dont really give a s***
whatever it is in light her arrogantly disrespectful attitude i feared for my pets well being if he be treated there so i made a conscience decision i wouldn't let her anywhere near my pet even if she was the LAST vet on earth. in doing so id probably be doing my pet a favour too...!!
PS- shes not the only ophthalmologist in the world. or maybe she's too big headed to realize that...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional medical team that will attend u in shortest time. Reasonable charge rm35 per day if ur pet need to stay in for further examination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The eye specialist was rude and disrespectful. My cats conditions were not properly explained. Didn't look like the specialist enjoyed working that day and didn't enjoy seeing my cat. Was charged RM 150 only to be rudely and disrespectfully treated. The specialist left the consultation room without even a thank you word.
Avoid at all costs. Go somewhere else you won't regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont bring your pet here for eyes problem. They have the worst eye specialist (Dr Cheng) in the world and she has no respect for you. I brought my dog here to check her teary eyes and she quoted few eyes operation. During the surgery, she only did ONE of the quoted operation and extracted three teeth which is not part of the agreement.
After that, my dog has some complication and I have to bring her to another vet for emergency. The eye specialist there said the eye surgery performed did not solve the eye problem and it makes the dog very weak. I have to continue to treat the eye problem where my dog has to suffer again.
I will never come back this vet again. If you love your pet, stay away from this sick doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiger has open wounds for 2 years+. Went to Animed on Dr Chris recommendation to Dr Cheng. She has tried laser treatment and acupuncture few time, and she straight away decided to bring in surgery specialist Dr Faizal. Within 3 weeks, Tiger has returned with getting chubbier, and healthy than ever! Thank you Animed, Dr Cheng, Dr Faizal and special thanks to Dr Chris and Malar from Hope Veterinary for their care for the past 2 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The veterinary is a highly sanitized, organized space, with user-friendly facilities and efficient staff. They followed strictly the COVID-19 SOP: doctor by appointment, one person with a companion animal, and individual examination room. I truly appreciate the veterinarian, Dr Sabita who treated my companion animal with her full attention.
