β β β β β My hamster Snow is having eye infection last week, brought him to Happy Paws. Dr. Lee is very patient to help him clearing eye discharge and drop antibiotic eye drop. After 3 days of antibiotic eye drop and Vitamin treatment, my Snow is back to normal, can play and eat like normal. Thanks to Dr. Lee and Happy Paws team!

β β β β β This vet is not professional at all. My cat canβt pee for 1/2 days, so decided to brought him to this vet. They had provide medicine for my cat which they said it was bladder problem. After take that medicine, our cat start to pee with blood.
We went for the second times and doctor told us it could be urine infection or cancer. They have to do further test for my cat. So they suggested us to admission at the medical centre for drop feeding and blood test.
The next day, they called us and informed that my cat are dying soon. The reason they gave was my cat have low immune system which my cat just 2 years old. I didnβt know what they do to my cat in the medical center where one day before my cat was still look slightly healthier and next day he canβt even move at all.
In the end, I reached there to get back my cat and all they talk about is just money and not even one concern about my cat at all. They canβt even find the reason why my cat would become like this.
I strongly advise you all not to bring your pet to this medical center if you donβt want your pet died without any reason !

β β β β β Came here many times before but somehow it was so difficult to get treatment for my hamster this time around. Everything had to be done in front of the door as they don't allow access to go inside. The staff and vet was helpful enough though, after some period of convincing

β β β β β Very friendly service. Able to handle pawed friends very confidently, yet with care. Provides good explanation on the situation. Visited few times and all good. Food and other accessories for pets are available for sale.
