I enjoyed the Postpartum class by Jane, which helped improve my fitness and strength after delivery. I especially like that the classes were personalised to my needs and what my body is fit to handle, as well as my own likes.

I trained with Jane for a month and saw results within such a short period of time! My aim was to build muscle and she helped me achieve this by providing various exercises to keep each class exciting whilst working towards the goal :)

Took a 10 session postpartum workout session with Wan Jing to regain my core and strength after csec. A very understanding and friendly coach ? workout is curated according to your fitness condition and work toward my fitness goal! Definitely highly recommend to post partum mom who wish to get back on track with fitness.

i took postpartum recovery class from wan jing after having done c-sect surgery. very insightful sessions as she helped me with body and breathing awareness, and feeling safe to move about again as we worked around safe movements post surgery.

I personally love Coach Wan Jing's workout programming and coaching session! It help me lots in building my strength & tempo workout! It catered according to my needs and personal lifestyle, and lotsa nutrition advise, sharing as well as weekly tracking review on daily food diary!

My objective was to gain strength and build muscles for an overall healthier body. Wan Jing helped me achieve that by conscientious structuring of private training lessons for about 5 months that was both effective and fun. Working out became a favourite routine instead of a chore. Other than that, Wan Jing also gave good advice on food and nutrition. Overall, a beneficial experience with good sustainability!

Ive been taking 1-1 training with Wan Jing for almost 8 months. We focus mainly on strenghtening my weak areas and every week is a new challange which makes our sessions very interesting. I always feel great after each session especially since Im mainly sitting at home without much movement due to covid. Highly recommended for mums who wants to stay fit after having a baby; or just to let of some steam with this highly motivated trainer. Thank you!
