I get normal wash without massage
And iron look same as I done by myself at home
Pay extra for scalp shampoo that done nothing
I went to different branch apt salon and they have much better service and better result .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and uncapable hairstylist..they should be ashamed to even call themselves hairstylist..No recommendation in terms of style, can't even cut properly and there's full of hair on my neck, inside my shirt, and on my shirt and trousers after the haircut..they are also not clear in terms of their services and price, and charge extra for wash which was not informed earlier..I don't recommended anyone to go to this Salon, the A-Saloon right in front of the shop is 1000 times better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff weren't very helpful with clarifying their services. Got a wash before my cut which defeats the purpose of paying for a wash in the first place. I tried telling my stylist what kind of cut I wanted but they're not fluent in English or Malay. A few Malay customers walked in looking for services but they spoke in mandarin among themselves. I tried telling them I wanted it to be a smart cut but long enough to be combed. Didn't get that at all. Tried to tell my stylist but it wasn't getting through.
I'm the end, I didn't get what I wanted and I paid for too much for inferior services. Would not recommend

Cons: not very good hairstyling techniques and washing hair really hurts
Overall: Not worth the money I spent, went to get a perm, scalp treatment. Spent RM 500+ only to get my hair damage badly and my scalp in a bad condition not to mention I lost a lot of hair due to the damage done. In the end, I had to cut my hair 2 weeks later. Don't think I am coming again.

The pricing is reasonable for the high-quality service, and I would highly suggest this place! ????????
