β β β β β Not a pleasant experience. Just 5 persons before my son but he waited 1 hour 15 mins before they handled his passport collection. So different in 2019 where I was in and out in 5 mins. The centre needs to assign more staff and more efficient ones at the counter. Luckily the manager came out to sort things out after I complained. The lady at the counter was pleasant though.

β β β β β This is the worst courier service ever. How could package from Singapore to Malaysia take more than 3weeks?! And still dont arrive until today. Need to keep on calling for update. Never use this courier, you will regret. Need to give 1star to post this review. They dont even deserve it

β β β β β I had to submit additional documents to the US Embassy as part of my B1/B2 US visa application. Aramex HQ in PJ has been appointed by the US Embassy to facilitate passport drop off and pick up. I parked my car in the compound and had to take a number. There were 2 other people before me. The ladies at the counter were very efficient attending to each visa applicant in turn and when it came to my turn, I was done in 10 minutes since all I had to do was submit my passport, picture and additional documentation. If everything goes smoothly, I should hear from the US Embassy by next week and be able to pick up my passport with the US visa from the Aramex centre (she said its faster to self collect than having the passports posted to your home address). Hope this helps.

β β β β β I donβt know about other branch, but the for PJ branch, they chose a person worse attitude possible to be in charge with handling customers.
I don't know why usa embassy treatment with them
She assume everyone is well verse in courier service. Like everyone knows what to do when sending international parcels. Iβve dealt with them for 3 times and none of it I can say is a pleasant experience. I was scolded and sent home the first time. She freaking scolded me right to my face in front of other customers.Β The other 2 times, also the same rodeo. Itβs like she was sent straight from the deepest depth of hell and be put at the ARAMEX reception against her will. Like she have the worse job on earth. If I really have the option of other courier services, I wouldnβt even bat an eye on this establis

β β β β β I don't know what happened to others, but I had a wonderful experience with processing my visa here. Fast and efficient. The guard welcomed us to park at the front door and provided us direction to the counter. This is not only it. The front counter lady was the most helpful personnel ever. She helped in checking off list and printing additional paperwork during last minute. Thank you for your service !

β β β β β Parking is easy. Only problem is to find the location. No public transport. Came here to renew visa and everything is easy now for online application. No need to went all way to KL. Receptionist is friendly and polite, No que and no hassle.

β β β β β Came here to collect passport with US visa. Parking easily found. Enter the office & take a queue number & wait. Bring along your visa appointment (in hard copy), mykad & show the email that you were informed to collect your visa. Very straightforward & this whole process took me less than 15 minutes. I read other reviews saying the Indian lady at the counter being unfriendly & rude but please be more considerate as she is alone and has to handle everything that comes to the counter. Salute her ?ββοΈ
