β β β β β Just happen to me today. From tracking number, its show that the parcel already delivered. But the things is, i didnt even know who the person received it and I never received it yet. They should verify the identity first before pass to others people. Now I dont know where is my parcel. Or you people just give away to others people, and tick have delivered?

β β β β β Super rude CS, i am the one who suppose to be angry and turns out to be the other way round. Didn't manage to deliver my parcel to me and still trying to find excuses on that. Mentioned driver don't have contact to contact me when deliver, my condo don't have guardhouse ke? Cannot ask guardhouse to contact me instead? Didn't even try to solve the issue and still have the balls to be the one that is rude. 5 star service man.

β β β β β An okay logistics with an okay expectation of item deliveries. I certainly hope that they can improve on productivity. Nevertheless, it is common for logistics msia to always delay in item deliverables.

β β β β β Bad service ever?for deliveryman...pls improve your delivery staff attitude and manner...lucky the admin is really nice and good heart when he concerns to customer by reconfirm customer to pick-up big parcel..He help me to reschedule delivery to home since the parcel cannot be pick up by car by me...

β β β β β Please be aware of this courier service, my office is closed at 5pm but my delivery status states that item have been delivered at almost 8pm. When I ask for proof, someone wrote my name on the signature part and one IC number that is not related to me at all. This Courier Service should be blacklisted for allowing this to happen. At least give me a call or attemp to send another day if the place is closed

β β β β β Poor service. Requested for redelivery but ended up waiting for several days still has yet to receive my parcel.
Customer service gave lots of excuses and I was given fake promises to when I can receive my parcel.

β β β β β Donβt know what are they doing with my parcel, kept changing from hub to hub for one whole week! From a hub near to me, to a hub further away from me, then to a hub nearer to me then to a hub even further away from me again.

His name is Ah Soon ( if not mistaken)
He is very courteous, prompt and professional with his work.
He also checked the destination and updated me about the estimate time before he arrives.
Despite there was a delayed while waiting for my parents, he was exceptionally amazing and attentive that I had never met before.
My aunt also impressed with his good work. You are certainly fortunate to have *Ah Soon .
