★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our favorite of all is the Sky garden or known as garden in the sky.
The balcony size we loved is quite hard to come by, especially in PJ area.
Love the fact it has 3 pools to pick.
3 squash courts, 2 gym. tennis courts, Jacuzzi, BBQ, a club house,
a convenient shop.
A cafe.
Plenty of space to walk.
Though it's slightly older than a lot of new condo out there. We still love the concept & layout. The community and overall feel.
For some reason, we preferred Armanee Terrace 1, than II.
We personally know a few people who preferred Armanee II.
One couple liked 1.
I guess it's a personal preference and choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well kept condo with fantastic facilities and a good mix of residents that really make this place alive and bustling while at the same time it manage to stay quiet and serene. Definitely my favorite condo in Damansara Perdana!

Newly developing area.
Security n ambience are very good .
Yet to fix few issues like drains stagnant water in surrounding area due to old demolished n half way contructed n left over building having moss.
Once those all resolved place will be more beautiful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm biased on this condo because I love the greens here . Security was a bit tough to get through, with the guards insisting that visitors be allowed in only with barcode registration. Once inside, be prepare to walk a lot of steps - this place is after all built close to the hills . Despite its age, the place feels timeless with a green resort-like backdrop and well maintained facilities . Lots of facilities here. Management office staff were helpful with inquiries . There is an operational cafe in the premises and various shops just walking distance to this condo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nicest condo i have been..all duplex unit with own balcony...nice place n good facilities..got 4 swimming pool..3 badminton crts 2 tennis crts n 3 squash crts ....n big play ground....good security in the area....???❤❤❤
