★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are quite complete with their "High-end" Art & craft supplies; including painting, sewing, sculpting tools etc. Price wise, it's okay, considering it's location and high-end/imported products. I only wish they would have more choices for canvas and I couldn't find paint markers except from one brand (liquitex). I was happy they had many choices for acrylic paint and other types of paints, more than the usual shops I'd go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love Art Friend. Visited on Saturday, around 7pm. Both the ladies from the store are extremely rude and know nothing for whatever questions we asked. We asked them bout checking stock for fountain pens, one of the ladies said she didn’t know (without even checking the stock in system). We asked them bout colour pencils, they know nothing as well. Then when we paid for our colour pencil, the lady cashier literally threw my colour pencil on the counter after scanned it! I’d give negative star if Google review allow me to do so. Super bad experience and please take action on your storekeepers’ attitude! Will not revisit again!!!
