★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never pick this resort even at the last minute. They served me UNDERCOOKED chicken. The staffs are unprofessional, took me more than half an hour to wait for the undercooked chicken. Rooms are dirty, Wifi is poor, never recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in 2010 . Very basic room . Big pool . Food was below expectation . Most of the time eat outside . Ocean water was not really clear . PERHENTIAN kecil better .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend, no room services, breakfast is too disappointing, only serve with fried koey teow, nasi goreng and drinks. Spend rm600 per room, request for fried eggs also rejected, never come again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buffet provided is totally not worth it. Food is oily and tastes badly. The restaurant service is a total mess. No one taking orders, rude staff, unprofessional in handling complaints, never come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Cinta Villa and a family room,for 10 adults and 2kids.All good with the facilities in the rooms,but i have to call up the receptionist to confirm the room service(cleaning,towels change,etc).The phone provided did not working and they didnot give the phone directory in the room(i stayed in Cinta).Have to make some effort to search the receptionist number and call through my handphone.
The person who was incharged to usher us from the boat was a lady,Najihah(very nice lady) and she lifted some of our heavy luggages.Where were men staffs?
Food served during breakfast were just okay.Pretty decent.I was thankful because all of us didnot get a food poisoning(like was published in the news a few days back,in p.phentian kecil).Alhamdulillah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super poor service and cleanliness, the rooms are full of dirt and dust and even spider webs. Waited extremely long for the waiter to serve me, and took another century to wait for the food to be served. Disappointed with the overall service.
