Best Hotel in Malaysia

R	Rose Shearer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid RM900/night inclusive breakfast. We thought a little bit expensive than what we should be paying. The hotel is new, which is great. King bed, facing the sea, on the 3rd floor, water pressure, hot water, Aircond, everything working fine. Quite crowded, and pool is an added advantage but we didn’t get to used it as it’s crowded as we mentioned. We didn’t get to enjoy the spa but it’s cool to have it there. Regardless of the price, I think we would be back again, simply because of the comfort in the room after long day at the beach still worth it. Really hope they could maintain the room /hotel in general so that it’s matched with the prices they’re charging
B	Buffett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say MIMPI is the best choice in the Long Beach with the middle price range hotel. The hotel is new and well maintained. The room was clean, very comfortable The staff is friendly and passion. I can absolutely feel the great hospitality.
S	Stephanie Hiew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff friendly & helpful. Hotel is nice with complimentary titbits/soft drinks. Food quality is acceptable. Location is within short walking distance fr the jetty. Suggestion: hopefully in future, hotel would be able to provide transfers to ease check in.
G	Grace Gan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel looked dated but overall clean and comfortable . Basic amenities provided with free flow bottled water ( which is a plus!) . Staff not exactly professional - our booking confirmation stated that the room comes with breakfast lunch and dinner ; however when we arrived the staff said that’s a mistake and no food would be provided . A bit of a disappointment and highly unprofessional to not follow a written confirmation .
D	Duane Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trip was a blast for me and my friends and family. I booked 4 ocean view rooms and they all enjoyed the stay at Mimpi. The staffs are warm and welcoming to us from day 1 to day 4. Except my room there were some faulty on the sink and air conditioning tripped. But the staffs are quick to action and fixed everything. Overall is good.
A	Alexander Leong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Mimpi for 6 days and it was wonderful. The facilities are good, the room was comfortable and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. We got the hill view room and sometimes there was an unpleasant smell but that is a minor issue. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.

Staff and customer service has been amazing from the port all the way to the concierge. We arrived at around lunch time so we had lunch {came with package} and food was average. Not a good start although not a huge problem. As we were waiting for our rooms, a strong pungent smell started wafting into the waiting lobby and I can only think that it’s either sewage water or just rubbish that’s been sitting under the hot sun. When we raised the issue, employees denied smelling anything or if there is a smell {the whole family could smell it}. Found out, they have a huge candle/oil diffuser thing at the concierge to cover the smell! Finally got to the room and it was decent…at first glance. We are at the beach so I expect sand but not dust, clumps of hair and hand prints and gunk on the windows of the sliding doors. Now we are sitting on the lounge facing the ocean and all we can smell is that strong pungent smell. This is our first day and it’s already bad. For the price, I expected more from this place. Suffice to say, I WILL NOT be coming back to this place and I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! If I could give a zero, I would.
J	Jaroen Teoh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 3 nights at Mimpi, other than the transportation arrangement was good, the overall hotel experience was super moderate. 1st of all, it’s super overprice ! The pool area was super dirty and the pool itself, the room even the bed was sandy, no beach towel and the staff just keep giving excuse, how am I suppose to enjoy beside the beach ? Breakfast was supper normal even worst than moderate, need super high improvement. Overall I think the hotel need to improvise their service, food and cleanliness!
