Saw the guest raised hand and calling for 2 x. But just ignore, and customer need to go cashier ask for order and bill...
2) your Filipino waitress majority of your staff there, wearing skirt like want to go clubbing, very short skirt and when they walk, the skirt moving up till can see da ass.....
The Asian Cafe should be more to Asian style....
Even I'm one of relative of one melium staff, when I'm coming to having at aseana Cafe Bar, I'm a customer and you have to treat like customer not as a BULLSHIT people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered fried rice oriental for me and my wife. Don't mind about the price if the taste is good. But VERY VERY disappointing. Tasteless to the max. I suggest you all do not come to this lousy but expensive place.

What particularly annoyed me was how they ripped me off when I paid by card. They brought out the wireless payment terminal, I paid using my card in MYR, entered my PIN, however they wouldn't give me the ticket (already very dodgy). As no ticket arrived, I started to leave, when the waiter came spurting out with a ticket for me to sign. It was only later that I discovered that this was a completely new ticket/transaction, with an amount in GBP this time. They actually reversed my initial transaction using the PIN and wireless terminal, and manually created a new transaction, adding their inflated 4% exchange fee. It's only a small amount, but it's the principle.
IT IS VERY DISHONEST. ONLY CROOKS WOULD GO TO THIS LENGTH JUST TO SCAM a couple of ringgit off the unsuspecting tourist. Shame on you, Aseana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and was very disappointed. The chicken was nothing but a huge deep fried nugget. And the pasta that came with it was overcooked.
There weren't many patrons at the time yet still we had to walk to the counter to pay the bill because no one entertained us after 20 mins waiting for the bill to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 2 ASEAN noodles, a long black and a ginger tea. After 40min of waiting, our drinks are done but the food still missing in action. And the waitress never bothered to check in with us.
We called to cancel the food and only then they said the food is coming. They never even apologise for the delay. The food was just so-so, not worth the price. Never would I go back again.
