★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst ever Starbucks I have been to, staff if slow and egotistical shout back at customer and does not listen to what the order was , and gave me wrong order even after waited for more then 45min for 4 drinks !!! If you want Starbucks don’t go to this outlet !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive. Prices are almost the same as in Europe. Only the Starbucks in Turkey is much cheaper. For example a Frapucino vendi (extra large) in Turkey is only RM9 and here in Malaysia RM18,60.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The barista was helpful helping me set up my online voucher, which is another complaint in itself because it scores very, very low in user friendliness. I had to download the app and share my all data, create an account. It was painful.
I don't have qualms about the drinks, because all Starbucks taste the same meaning that it isn't all that great unless it's sweetened.
But my issue is with the waiting times in the line. It took me over twenty minutes since the time I lined up to the time I sit down to sip my drink. Also, the seating management is a mess and the staff pays very little attention to the cleanliness. Furniture is strewn everywhere and rubbish is all over the floor.
And the internet issue again. I'm really sick of complaining to Starbucks about their internet, yet here we are. Step up Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Takeaway Hazelnut Signature Hot Chocolate and 2 classic doughnut. Very delicious. As I am a member and my top-up was not enough I could top-up my money in my Starbuck card at the counter. The cashier was friendly and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staffs. Recommended good foods and on-going promotions which was rare bcs normally they’re always so busy. Might get a little pack during lunch time. Go during breakfast hour if you’re getting yourself some coffee and peace.
