★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Take away coffee bean counter after jogging in KLCC then I asked if they accept QR pay Maybank for payment and they said yes. I proceed with my order and when it’s time for payment the cashier guy said they only accept grab pay. I had to topup my grab pay just to pay for my drinks and food.
The waiting time for my bagel is horrible too. I got it only after two customers got their drinks.
The only reason why I give 2 star is that the bagel was perfectly cut and they provide a knife to spread the cream cheese. The other 3 outlets I usually go to did not do this for takeaway order.

Or is it inside, but like outside? since its literally at the pavement of corridors ??
They dont have menus, u gotta scan their qr menu, so canggeh ah?
Oh but uniquely here, they have table service (hence service tax la)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to go here often before the pandemic, however recently the service has reduced significantly. It is my third time coming here and having to wait an hour to receive my order. Quite disappointed because the food used to be really good. Scones are too hard and don't taste as fresh as they used to and the hour of waiting makes us lose our appetite. Highly do not recommend but I suppose the people are nice enough. Go to a different coffee bean if you like this one's just not it sorry ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I'm staying very close to Suria KLCC. I usually walk in KLCC park and often go to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Suria KLCC.
Yesterday, April 12, 2022, I had a hot Latte (small size) and breakfast (scrambled eggs). It costed around 31RM. I was shocked because the waiter delivered the coffee and breakfast at the same time. They should have asked me in advance. Hence, today, I come back to have the same size of a hot Latte and breakfast (poached eggs). My point is to have a coffee first, then have breakfast. But I don't tell them at the beginning. After a couple of minutes, the waiter sends me the bill. I said I will have breakfast after having a coffee. Then, I order breakfast. Afterwards, the cashier sends me the bill with the price is much higher than yesterday. The lesson is to let them know that you will have one set, but serve drinks first, then breakfast afterwards. One more thing, please keep the bill to compare the price. It's not the same. I have just learnt this lesson. I'd like to share this to everyone.
P/S: The food is often cooked too much long such as crispy bread -> it burns, poached eggs ->too dry like boiled eggs, I am so disappointed at the food and the bill today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken teriyaki sandwich was a so-so for me. However you should try turkey sandwich and Hawaiian pizza, its really nice. And my favourtir drink will always be iced double chocolate from the coffee bean. The seats and tables are a bit crowded because theyre too close to each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their chicken lasagna is good and I love the Hazelnut Americano! The place is cozy and clean. Menu is via scan QR which is nice!
I tried their scone and cranberry salad. Both are delicious! Though the portion of the salad is a bit small for its price.
