- Living here for the past 3 years. Generally safe,acceptably quiet and strategic location.back door is easy access to arcoris mont kiara (only with foot)
- not super high density and flooded with people
-Considered mid price range for Kiara area with 4 ensuite room
- No water pressure issues at all
- airy and good ventilation
Cons:
-facilities were just minimal, 1 small kid pool with 1.5m adult pool shared with 2 blocks
-gym is just acceptable
-parking lighting is inconsistently bright,quite gloomy and scary at times
- have to beat super jam during peak hours because of the gardens school
-old condo
Oh ya and the location was WRONGLY TAGGED.it has nothing to do with SPK.so be careful to order from food panda/grab
