★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nice viewpoints in penang. There are 2 viewpoints actually. About 10 minutes distances. Access point from youth park. 30-45 minutes. The helmet is the guilde to the viewpoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hiking pitstop location has been around for some time and was introduced to it by my friends....been there twice. A good panoramic view of Penang and a clear day...Gunung Jerai can be clearly seen too.
Also able to view the Penang turf club from here and see the horses racing each other.
There are few routes to get to this spot...and the closest one is from Youth Park which takes about 40min or so depending on one's fitness. On the way up, will get to pass by a small garden full of bougainville plants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice scenery up here. Trail is easy to moderate with some steep area. Can reach the peak within ∼40 minutes from the big rock written "Laman Rata" nearby the Youth Park swimming pool. There is just 1 route up.
Remember this - "Turn left when you see the yellow helmet." ?
