★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their pastries. However, during puasa, the pretzel was stale and hard. The female staff at the counter was in a bad mood and was rude to customers. I will definitely go to Auntie Anne's store but at a different location.

I’m shocked because its really burnt! who ever working there suppose to be honest.. you know its burnt from color. then the why you just sell it anyway?
