β β β β β Always loved pretzels from this chain company but had a really bad one today. Pretzel was undercooked and didnβt have the usual soft chewyness. How can anyone screw up a recipe thatβs made to be consistent across all chains ?
Also, I agree with the other comments about unfriendly staffs theyβve had over the years in this branch.

β β β β β Very disappointed and upset with this place. Counter handled my food without wearing mask and not only that, they kept talking over my food. Food handlers without mask IS an offense in Malaysia currently and this behavior is intolerable especially during these times when we are all responsible to combat COVID-19 together.

β β β β β Auntie Anne's is well known for their freshly-baked, hand-rolled soft pretzels. They sell their original pretzel and also specialty pretzel like cinnamon sugar, chocolate mint, nutty, sour cream & onion, green tea, De Coco, Parmesan Cheese, Sesame Seeds, Seaweed, Choc Eclairs, Garlic and Zesty Roselie with dips like caramel and chocolate. Then they have the caramel almond, cinnamon raisin and glazinβ raisin. The pretzel is fresh and tasty. And for patrons that havenβt try it yet, you should go and have a bite then.
