★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady at the counter was rude just because I was a foreigner. I wanted to add a drink to my pretzel purchase and she wouldn't add the combo price of 3.60 myr and made me pay for the lemonade as a separate purchase at 4.70 myr.
I could also sense from the tone of her voice that she seemed annoyed with me.
What terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite treat ... so fattening and juicy, i really love this place and still my favorite is the original sticks ??
I tried the choco éclair sticks, if you are a fan of dark chocolate then this is a perfect choice.
The original sticks have a unique taste and still the best one.
Am worried about my weight in this country ... food is everywhere ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the outlet that's attached to Cinnabon. But honestly, I would have given zero stars if I can. I was in pyramid around 10.30am and ordered a plain pretzel. The cashier looked at me blankly and angrily when I repeated my order ('Can I have the plain pretzel please'). Turns out, he didn't understand what I was saying. And instead of clarifying, he was going to serve me a random pretzel that was more expensive and NOT WHAT I WANTED.
Alright, I thought he was having a bad day and gave him the benefit of a doubt.
But then I went back again to get another pretzel for a friend. I asked what was the other flavour and he YELLED THE FLAVOUR AT ME. I'm sorry the mall is noisy at 11am but I just wanted a pretzel. AGAIN, when I told him I wanted the plain pretzel he SMIRKED AT ME. Just cause I didn't say original. I'm sorry I used the wrong Auntie Anne terminology but if he isn't happy working there, he should just leave.
Would not recommend this place until their staff's attitude improves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude from LG2 shop cashier, input my order incorrect at 1st, she realised her mistake and returned my balance but in wrong amount, ask for refund, throw the refunded coin into my hand in impolite way.
