★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, they meet my requirements after I have tried other cleaning company services.
I. Their team has sent me a Gentle Reminder for my upcoming scheduled cleaning session.
II. The assigned cleaner gave her best level to completed the given cleaning tasks which meets my hygiene standards.
III. The Management did focused on after the service feedback.
IV. I’ve made a request that I would like the same cleaner to clean my unit and they’ve made it for me.
I’m strongly recommend them by not read the Google Review here due to they have improved on provided quality service by efficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used their service. They simply charge you money even they have made a mistake. At first, they say they charge RM120 for only 4 hours labor cleaning. Then I have to topup additional RM50 for cleaning material. End up I have took the total package. When the cleaning days come, they forgot to bring their cleaning material and ended up I have to help them to buy the cleaning material. Technically speaking, my cost will need to revert back to RM120. But it didn't. They say because I used their labor for additional 1 hour, they will remain the charges of RM170.
By right the math is RM120/4 hours = RM30/hour. If I use 5 hours, it should be RM30/hours x 5 hours = RM150. But they charge additional RM20 for vacuum cleaner which they didn't even use during the cleaning process at all. Not being transparent with prices causes people to lose confident in their service. Although RM20 is not a lot but it shows that this company doesn't have integrity at all.
