★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Saturday, I brought my car to Sg. Penang Perodua service center to service. After service, I feel like my engine sound louder than before service. So, today I just drive my car back there and asking them to help me to check what's wrong. Out of my expectations, the receptionist told me that they still have a lot of car need service. Ask me to make an appointment to come back for checking. Is this how Perodua treat their customer after getting their sales? I'm not expecting them to fix my problem on the spot. But at least just assign a technician to spend 5 to 10 min to inspect it. And then let me know if you cannot find any problem and maybe make an appointment to further checking if needed. Or maybe it's just a latch they just forgot to latch it back. It's not just Perodua already got the business and we must come back to your service center to service in order not to void the warranty. I just feel like I'm a cow with the ring on my nose and let Perodua pull me to wherever you all want to go. I'm really fed up with this kind of service. If you guys didn't improve your customer service level, I'm sure you guys will lose more business and I would be the first one. ?
