β β β β β Absolutely horrid service. Two plates of food takes 40 minutes to serve when the staff told us it will be ready in 15 mins. This is an accountability issue, donβt promise something you canβt deliver.

β β β β β I like this cafe bakery place that they just opened at Arkadia. It has lots of variety of cakes and pastries. They have sandwiches as well. It's all ready made to be grabbed and eaten. They don't have cooked food in the cafe like spaghetti, or Western food like that. Whatever is on the shelf for the taking, that's the food they have. I love their caramel pudding, lemon cake was pretty yummy, there's this chocolate macaroon looking cake that was delicious as well. And they have nice drinks too. I ordered the Taiwan tea lemongrass peach green tea ice. Very nice and not too sweet. Their coffee is nice too. They have chairs and tables on the outside, inside ground floor and 1 upper floor. Overall, it's a nice lil bakery cafe place to have a quick bite and chill. Oh, and also it's a 24 hours cafe! That's what it stated haha. So can come by anytime and hangout or maybe do work on laptop maybe. Come and check it out ?

β β β β β Ordered milk tea and watermelon smoothie. Sounds great on paper for a hot day but actually 80% sugar in water when received. My last visit. Should charge the place's name to "F Cafe" instead.

β β β β β Breads are ok. But they failed at being a full service restaurant. The staff seemed to be at a loss and helpless as customers build up. Drinks were prepared haphazardly (imagine hot chocolate with lumps of cocoa powder floating on the milk). Can hear employees arguing with each other in the back as well.
Suggest for them to stop being a full service restaurant and just focus on being a bakery and perhaps just serve drinks to complement their breads.

β β β β β The worst place to hang around . At 1st say have to wait 10min for the meal it was fine . After 45min my meal havent serve ( nasi lemak ) and give all sort lame excuses if the shop is pack of customers I would understand unfortunately is less than 5tables.

β β β β β Ordered breakfast set 2. Croissant sold out at 10am and replaced with 2 small slices of walnut bread. I donβt know whether the value was equivalent but the portion is way too small compared to the croissant.
Butter was not served and i asked for it, then being given such a little bit.
The way the coffee & food were served needs to be improved and be more professional.

β β β β β Stars for the outdoor seats. Service slow.need self pickup the drinks from kaunter. Stuffy place. Lots of table left unclean after customers left. Otherwise the sandwish breakfast(as in picture) and a cup of coffee, hmm, frankly speaking, with the same price i could have gone for a better cafe. Bread price also more expensive than other breadhouse around.
